How do we establish a daily practice of meditation? Where to begin? Margo will introduce mindfulness of the body as one of the core practices of Insight Meditation. By investigating the changing nature of our physical experience we begin to connect with the truth of impermanence. Recognizing more and more clearly the fleeting nature of all phenomena, we learn to relate to our lives with ease and compassion. There is no greater gift we can give ourselves and the world than committing to a simple practice of cultivating inner peace. The day will include instructions in sitting and walking meditation, as well as a Dharma talk and discussion.
